Google is updating Gmail and other iOS apps

Google updated the Gmail app on the iOS platform for the first time in months, along with the Meet app, spreadsheets, documents, calendar, and tasks, and aside from Tasks that now support widgets on iOS 14, these are minor updates centered around bug fixes and performance improvements.

According to the US engadget site, it is the first time that Google has launched new versions of these applications since Apple began forcing third-party developers to send privacy feed stickers, and it updated many YouTube applications in February.

However, some Google apps on the other major iOS platform are still not updated, as the company has not made any changes to the Chrome app since November, and Google launched the latest version of the Drive app for the iOS platform on December 7, a day before Apple made the privacy labels. Mandatory, the Drive App Store page now has a privacy label, but Chrome doesn't.
